Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our programs (GAT, SAAT, CPC, and bundles) are delivered as online live sessions plus recorded content. Because access to digital course materials cannot be "returned" once used, the following terms explain when a refund applies.
Eligible for a Full Refund
You may request a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your program's first live session, and before accessing any recorded materials.
Not Eligible for a Refund
Once you have attended the first live session or accessed any recorded course content, the purchase becomes non-refundable, as the educational service has been delivered.
Bundles
For bundled programs (e.g. GAT + SAAT Bundle), the 48-hour cancellation window applies relative to the earliest scheduled session included in the bundle.
1-1 Secondary School Tutoring
Individual tutoring sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details (name, program, and payment date). We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
