These Terms govern your use of the Diamond Networks E-Learning website and enrollment in our programs. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our Service
We offer accredited online test-preparation programs (GAT, SAAT, CPC) and 1-1 secondary school tutoring, delivered via live online sessions and recorded content.
Enrollment & Payment
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Placing an order and completing payment through our accepted methods (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) confirms your enrollment, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, live session recordings, and content are the property of Diamond Networks E-Learning and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Recording, redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing course content without our written permission is strictly prohibited.
Live Sessions
Live sessions are typically delivered via Zoom. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and appropriate device. Session times will be communicated after enrollment.
User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information at enrollment and to use our services respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any user from a session for disruptive or abusive conduct.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality educational content but do not guarantee specific exam results or outcomes. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant program.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
